As a practitioner, you will need to create a practitioner account. This is different from a standard user account and provides you with access to practitioner-only resources, tools, and patient management features.
You can start the registration process on the Beginnings and Registration page. Once registered, you will be able to log in and access your practitioner dashboard.

Receiving New Patients
New patients may find you through our platform. Once they request to work with you, you will receive a notification and can review their initial details. You have the ability to approve or decline new patient requests based on your availability and expertise. We recommend responding to new patient requests within 48 hours.

Collecting Patient Materials
Our platform automatically provides your patients with the essential intake questionnaire, tongue photo upload, and relevant follow-up forms. Once the patient completes these, you will have all their materials in one place, ready for your review. If you wish, you may also request further investigations, such as lab tests suggested by TC, based on the information the patient has already uploaded. This integrated system ensures you receive complete, organized, and secure patient data without additional back-and-forth.

Scheduling Appointments
All appointments should be scheduled directly through the platform to ensure proper tracking, secure payment processing, and transparency. Patients will be able to see your available time slots and request appointments online. You can confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments from your practitioner dashboard. Managing your appointments through the platform helps protect both you and your patients and ensures we can support you if any issues arise.
